RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- We reserve the right to decline any return that is not in good condition or is past the 7-day window.
- Sale items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned, but may be exchanged.
- For exchanges, please call us before shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are processed once the returned item arrives.

APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
- All hair braiding appointments require a deposit paid by Zelle or through the website.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
